How do I schedule pickup?+
Click any Schedule Pickup button to book a time online. You'll pick your address, preferred pickup window, and any service notes. If you'd rather text or call, our team is happy to set it up for you.
Do I need to be home for pickup?+
Nope. Most customers leave their bag in an agreed spot — front door, porch, lobby, or building entrance. We confirm pickup and delivery so you're never guessing.
How fast is turnaround?+
Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours. Faster options are available depending on your location and order size.
Do you offer recurring plans?+
Yes — recurring weekly or biweekly pickups are available with a discounted per-pound rate. You can pause, change, or cancel anytime. See our Rewards page for details.
Do you separate customer orders?+
Always. Every customer's laundry is washed, dried, and folded separately. Every Fresh Drop order is labeled and kept separate from pickup through delivery.
Do you offer sensitive detergent options?+
Yes — fragrance-free and hypoallergenic detergent options are available. Just let us know when you book.
Is there a minimum order?+
Yes. The standard pickup and delivery minimum is $35, and the recurring weekly or biweekly minimum is $30.
Do you handle comforters and large items?+
Yes — comforters, blankets, pillows, and other large items are priced individually. See our Pricing page for details.
Do you serve students?+
Yes. We serve students living on or off campus in Hamden, New Haven, and North Haven.
Do you serve businesses?+
Yes. Fresh Drop provides commercial laundry pickup and delivery for salons, gyms, restaurants, Airbnb hosts, medical offices, and more.
Can I schedule weekly or biweekly service?+
Yes. Choose recurring weekly or biweekly when you schedule a pickup.
What areas do you serve?+
